The results are in for the Quarterly Tournament that was held on October 22nd 2016!

We would like to start off by saying congratulations to all the winners on Saturday at What the Hell.

If we were to tell you that once again Jo Phillips was at a final table of a quarterly tournament again it wouldn’t be shocking news. Well once again Saturday Jo and 9 others fought through a field of 64 to make it to a TOUGH final table with a shot at the $500 GRAND PRIZE. However,  this day and victory was reserved for another. After 8 eliminations of tough quarterly tournament main stays such as Leslie Davis, Jeff Casimir, Mark Machemer (Last quarterlies champ), Larry Lombardero, Latonia Wilks, Kevin Siwek, and two talented newcomers to a quarterly final table in Hakeen Thomas and Johnathon O’Brien, two stood alone above the rest Jo Phillips and Andre Brown.

Going into heads up, the chip count was pretty close to even as both players had played a nearly flawless final table to get heads up. Chipping up and grinding their way to heads up while taking out players left and right. Andre continued his controlled aggression to perfection throughout the heads up match, slowly grinding away at Jo’s chip stack. In the end his plan had worked and Andre came out victorious!

Congratulations to Andre Brown on playing an awesome tournament and an even better final table! I’m sure we will see you there again!!
